WildWoods First Lambs of 2014

An Arctic Front descended on Lampasas County last evening bringing freezing rain and temperatures.  I don't know why livestock often give birth in the worst conditions but it seems like it happens a lot.  Anyway the first lambs of our 2014 season were born here at WildWoods sometime last night.  I found the mother and twins up under a cedar trying to stay warm.  Hopefully the first of many more.
