Last year in the drought you would have thought this place was desert and would never see a bloom again. We did lose a lot of trees but the land will recover. We will be planting trees for the future generations and orderd some more Texas wildflower seeds to restore what did not come back this year. We are working to remove cedar and salt cedar along with some exotic plants that do not belong here and suck up the water. We hope to restore it to its native beauty someday.
